What is your return policy?
We’re vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping cost).
If you change your mind or not happy for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are unused with the original packaging.
Return shipping is not covered and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
How do I apply for a return?
To apply a return, please email info@crafantics.com. Our staff will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
How long does it take to process a return?
It takes around 7 business days to process on our end, and credit card refund takes up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
How long do I have to make a return?
30 days from the date of receiving the item(s). Please note that we will only accept items that are unused with the original packing materials.
Is there a return fee?
We do not charge any return fee. You just need to pay for the shipping expense of returning the order. The shipping expense is deducted from your refund.
