Where does Crafantics ship?

We only ship local(Hong Kong) at the moment, more to come!

 

How long will the delivery take?

Hong Kong Orders

We offer free shipping for any purchase HK$100+ per order, extra HK$30 will be charged for residential or remote area.

 

How long does an order takes?

We guarantee the shipment go out by next working day, so normally you will receive your shipment in 1-2 working days after purchase.

How to track my order?

Our staff will message you right after the shipment leaves with tracking number. If you don’t get it, please contact us at info@crafantics.com

What can I do if I haven’t received my order?

Please contact us with your purchase detail, we will get back to you in 1-2 working days. There is courier delay sometimes.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 days return for any unused products with original packaging. Don’t worry about if you change your mind after the purchase.

Return shipping is not covered and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

How to make a return?

How long does it take for the return process?

It could takes up to 15 days depending on the credit card refund process.

Is there a return fee?

There is no return fee. You just need to pay for the shipping expense of returning the order. The shipping expense is deducted from your refund.
